The Milwaukee Public Museum’s Access to Adventure membership was created so all families, regardless of income level, can enjoy the museum and receive the same programming opportunities and discounts as members. An Access to Adventure membership costs just $55 and includes all the same benefits as a Family & Friends Classic membership ($99).
Your family qualifies if you receive any form of public assistance; live in transitional, subsidized, or emergency housing; or face serious illness or disabilities. For more information, benefits & details how to apply click here!
Thanks to generous financial support from area foundations, corporations and families, the Museum provides free Museum memberships to families in need through our Family Focus program.
Family Focus memberships provide all the benefits of regular membership, with additional support for parents, including financial assistance for bus transportation to the Museum or free parking. For more information click here!
Movie Showings for Guests & Families Living with Autism or Other Special Needs
AMC is proud to partner with the Autism Society to bring you unique movie showings where you can feel free to be you! We turn the lights up, and turn the sound down, so you can get up, dance, walk, shout or sing!
We are now expanding our Sensory Friendly Film program to four showings per month.
- The second and fourth Tuesday and Saturday.
- Family-friendly movies will continue to show Saturdays, starting at 10am local time
- We’ve added Tuesday showings at 7pm local time that may appeal to others on the autism spectrum.
